vat / sale tax

Hi Frank/Fabio

In regard to VAT/ sale tax on E-commerce.

In the US each state charge difference sale tax, but if you ship from on state to a other you don't have to charge sale tax.

So if someone in CT by a item on the web they will have to pay CT sales tax,
but if you ship a item to a other state and don't have a presence in that state
then you don't have to charge for the tax.

example

Shipping a item from New York to California and you only have a store in NY then you don't have to charge the sale tax on the web purchase.

But if you have a store in New York and a store or office in California and a item is purchase on the web you will have to charge for the California Sale tax.

So ready pro will have to be able to select the state if taxable or not
