Under item detail where to you set UM inventory to change the default for all items??

Hi,
UMs can be set individually for each items, you couldn't change it massively (mainly because changing for example from "Pieces" to "Onces" normally needs also to change/adjust quantities and/or buying/selling prices)

Do you mean default UM for new items that are created?
You can change the order of the UMs table: the first in the list will be the default UM for new items
