Trouble printing an inventory list

Hello:

Everytime my boss tries to export the list of our inventory to an Excel program, it crashes when he tries to modify the file.

Is this an issue with the Ready Pro program?

   Which is the program that crash? Excel or Ready Pro?
If it's Excel have you tried opening the same file on another PC?

If no other pc is available you could try to download and install OpenOffice.
It is a free office suite, free both for domestic and professional use; enclosed CALC spreadsheet opens and manages with absolutely no problems xls files generated by ReadyPro.
