Are all changes to stock made by a staff member fully accountable? For example, if a staff member makes a change, is it recorded on the system, along with their User ID?

Each document that load/unloads inventory as a user ID associated with it. Also each warehouse adjustment is saved with user ID.
The only in the event that is not tracked is if a user create a document (ex. loading 5 pc) and a different user subsequently open the document and changes this quantity: warehouse quantity is updated but user is not recorded in this case (the user associated with this document remains the first one)
