ecommerce on cell phone

When you open the ecommerce on a cell phone the site home page will come up ok
but when you click on a category it will go to that page but will not show any items or subcategory drop down menu to choose from?

Does a setting as to be enable in ready pro.

But all work ok if you open the E-commerce from a computer or laptop?
