eBay synchronisation to inventoryWhen eBay orders are synchronised to ReadyPro, is the inventory automatically adjusted straight away, or does some further processing need to take place in order to 'accept' the new eBay orders into the system? |

I understand that to fully process eBay orders, I need to create a customer invoice, and then convert it to a customer invoice. |

You mean that customer invoice are actually created using another software, and stock avaliability is updated only on the other software, right? |

We don't use any other software for stock control. (Other than a monthly in/out report) For items that are listed on eBay, we try to keep the quantities correct, but occasionally, this does not go to plan. This is why we need a system like ReadyPro that can handle such processes automatically. Ultimately, although eBay is where we make most of our sales, it is only one sales channel - we also accept walk-in and telephone sales, and will soon be developing a website. |

Quote: Mmm no, the best thing is to use Ready Pro and generate stock movements (invoice or receipt) for each shipped item (or for each item delivered to walk-in). This is the only way that can prevent errors and can save you time |

Is there a script that can be run to automate the process of: |

Quote: No at the moment it isn't possible. Mainly precisely because the check of a customer that already exists requires a minimal user intervention Quote: No, this isn't possibile. Ma we are working at the possibility to directly convert an eBay order to a sale document (like an invoice) then skipping the creation of the customer order |

Quote: ![]() That's good news. Whilst I understand the need to ensure data integrity, dealing with a big workload of eBay orders using the current method is very time consuming. |
