All stock quantities are stored and updated automatically in the main database at each synchronization, so:
- If you sell something in your store (es. cash sale) item quantity is updated - If you receive an order on eBay the available quantity is updated (at the first eBay account synchronization) - If you receive an order on the ecommerce site the available quantity is updated (at the first ecommerce synchronization)
So at each sync, eBay quantities and ecommerce quantitities are automatically updated
Example:
Starting with a sample item XXXXXX : available quantity 5 On Ready Pro, eBay and ecommerce you see : available quantity = 5
You receive an order on eBay of 2pc Ready Pro : 5 eBay : 3 ecommerce : 5
Launch eBay sync Ready Pro : 3 (with sync quantity update is received from Ready Pro) eBay : 3 ecommerce : 5
Launch ecommerce sync Ready Pro : 3 eBay : 3 ecommerce : 3 (with ecommerce sync ecommerce quantity is updated)
Now you sell 1pc in your store Ready Pro : 2 eBay : 3 ecommerce : 3
Launch eBay sync Ready Pro : 2 eBay : 2 (ebay sync automatically update ebay quantity) ecommerce : 3
Launch ecommerce sync Ready Pro : 2 eBay : 2 ecommerce : 2
Obviously it's possibile to schedule ebay and ecommerce sync at regular intervals
