Re-orders

Hello:

On the last business program we had, there was a way to "automatically" re-order items when they're at a certain inventory level.  You could set a minimum stock level, so if there are fewer than a certain number of a an item in stock the system would reorder a deteremined number of items.  This could be done individually for each item.  How do you do this with Ready Pro?

Thanks!

hello Clara,

the minimum stock level can be set in the item sheet (called anagrafica articoli), tab "quantità" in the column "scorta min."

Once those quantities have been settled, you can use the menu ACQ/CALCOLO DEI FABBISOGNI

Ready Pro will calculate all the items you should purchase from your suppliers, both those that are under the minimum stock level and those that have been ordered by customers and that aren't available in stock.

Hello Clara,
you're going to use Ready Pro although it's only in italian language?

ClaraV 11/09/2009 16:43 ClaraV

I speak/understand/read Italian.  My first language is English, and it is easier for me to ask technical questions in English.  If this is a problem, I can write in Italian.

Thanks for your prompt response.

Clara

No no, it isn't a problem for us

I've asked for language because our software is available only in Italian

We've also a multilanguage version called Ready Ace (http://www.readyace.com) but it's not powerful as Ready Pro.
