Printable documents (Design)

Is it possible to edit the design of printable documents? For example, can we select what product information gets included in a certain document? Also, can we make cosmetic changes to make a document look different? It could be that we may require many different styles of invoice, depending on the type of customer that we sell our products to.

For example, we may wish to include a small description of the product, or add extra services to a product/invoice (such as a two year guarantee).

Also, the law in the UK has changed recently regarding how VAT is shown on business-to-business invoices, so we may wish to edit how VAT is displayed (i.e VAT may need to be shown as an actual VAT cost per product line, not as a percentage, or at the end of the invoice table after the subtotal.

Yes, it's possibile.

If this service has a cost the best is to create a "service item" and add it to the document like a normal item (service items works like standard items, but don't have inventory quantities)
