Nixos

I'm new to ReadyPro; most interested in what I've seen so far.

My main purpose is to use ReadyPro's services to invoice about 100 home owners in this luxurious holiday site which I manage.

I'm finding it difficult to start my project: where do I begin to list my customers' details and also list the services for which they have to pay?

Can I e-mail the completed invoice from the site or attach it to my e-mail from my ISP?

Thanks

Hi Nixos,

Customers details must be entered using the CONTACTS / CUSTOMERS menu

You can create services ad items (using ITEMS / ITEM DETAILS)

To manage service items it would be better first, if you enable this option from UTIL / COMPANY SETTINGS menu.
Enabling this option allow to create items of "service" type.
The difference between a service item and a standard item is that a service item didn't have a warehouse quantity/availability.

For example if you sell PCs, a printer or a monitor is a standard item. Instead an "installation at home service" will be a service item (it's a service that you provide)

Yes, it will be useful to make more suitable examples.
You can send it to this address: support@codice.it

Many thanks for your reply.

I'm afraid my question about our ability to e-mail the invoice prepared at the ReadyPro site from ReadyPro site, has been misunderstood.

I did not mean to e-mail an sample invoice to you but to the customers direct from ReadyPro site after the invoice had been prepared. Or do I have to first print it, scan it and then sent it from my ISP.

Sorry for not wording my question more clearly.

Ah ok, sorry. I have misunderstood Imbarazzato
Yes it's possibile to send PDF invoice via email directly from Ready Pro (why did you talk avout "Ready Pro site"? The invoice is created and sent from the software, not from the ecommerce website)

I can explain you how to configure Ready Pro to send emails and how to automatically send PDF reports, but i kindly ask you to create a separate thread for each question so i can answer more clearly, and i can add more screenshots
