Hi Frank

I created 5 weight range in shipping collection cost
0 to 1 zero cost
1to 10 10.00
10 to 11  20.00
11 to 21 30.00

and set the item for the 10lb, 20 lb weight
when you purchase then on the web and you only select one item it show the right price for shipping but if more them one item select it will not adjust the freight charge total
if you select the item in the 10lb range the first one will show at @ $10 second @ $20 and if you add one more will show 30.00 but the last one it will only show 30.00 no matter how many you buy.

and if you pick a item that is 20lb the first one will show $20.00 FOR FREIGHT
the second one will only add $10.00 for a total of $30.00 ( should be $40.00)
after that no matter how many you add the total will not change from $30.00

needed to say  how to change the cost per 100lb to cost per lb so that it does show on the web as shipping cost per 100lb on the freight charge on check out or item detail

under shipping and collection cost how to you change cost for every 100 that it show on the screen shot that I send you?

Ok, now I understand which is your problem! Wink

At the moment Ready Pro can manage different weight measurement unit for what concerns the software, but not for what concerns the website.

The website at the moment works only with Kg o g...
So, you've set Ready Pro in Lb, set the printer for 20 LB.
Automatically Ready Pro has converted 20 Lb in 9,07185 Kg.

The problem is that you've set the software (in Lb):

FROM 0 to 10 --> zero
FROM 10 to 20 --> 20 pounds
FROM 21 to -- (that means from 21 and above)  --> 30 pounds

but the website works only in Kg, the printer is 9,07185 kg...
so the website calculates (in Kg)

FROM 0 to 10 --> zero
FROM 10 to 20 --> 20 pounds
FROM 21 to -- (that means from 21 and above)  --> 30 pounds
