error code

When I try to up-date a item using market place to ebay
I get and error code 1099??

Hi Vinny,
the problem arises from calculated shipping rate: we didn't manage it in Ready Pro and the item you used for testing has calculated shipping rates configured.

We released an update v17.5.23 trying to skip the error, since we couldn't manage calculated shipping at the moment.

Try this:

1) update Ready Pro using this installer
https://www.readypro.it/download/pro/ReadyPro_Setup_17.5.23.exe

2) Try to update the ebay item that you tried before

3) If no error is shown enter on eBay backoffice and check if calculated shipping for this item is already ok, or if settings are lost.
In this releases we didn't send info on calculated shipping, and this for eBay sometimes means "remove settings" and for other options means "leave settings unchanged"
If shipping settings are mantained we have partially solved the problem.

Forgot to get back to you on this one
Still having the problem, but not with all items listed,
Item on ebay are set the same with a fix shipping cost
I check the item listing with the working one and not working one and I can't
see any difference on the listing
But still getting that error respond screen in Italian

Which release did you use at the moment?
Only version xx.23 was released with this fix, because it was a test for you.
Other further releases (.24, .25, .26) didn't contain the same fix for this problem.

I din't know that the fix was only on VER 23 and didn't carry over we are know on ver 28

Yes, i haven't clarified this before, sorry. Ooops

You could install version .23 using previous installer and test if the problem is solved

If you tell us that with .23 everything is ok we can introduce this change in production release

If not I will set ver 23 back on server and test it with the item that fails and get back to you

No, installing or upgrading Ready Pro never interact, delete or modify data and settings.
You can install and reinstall Ready Pro over and over without any problem

I re-installed ver 23, up-dated item to ebay with no problem did
a positive and negative up-date on QT on hand adjustment with no problem on multiple items .

I re-installed ver 28 and the same item that I used on ver 23 failed to up-date
and got the error message.
