On the home page of eCommerce how to you set up a tab when you click on it will give you addition tabs to select from

IE   terms and shipping restrition

under that  Policy /  shipping restrictions / orthers?

you have to add "elements"
if you want links, you have to create content pages and then you have to add these content pages in the elements of your column.

we're talking about a content page of this website, so you just have type the RELATIVE url of the page.
You don't have to type

In attachment I've highlighted you the example that is created dynamically when you type the relative url.
