eBay Shipping

Can the eBay gateway support after-sale shipping functions, such as Marking as Dispatched and sending tracking numbers to eBay?

No, we didn't support this functions at the moment. Maybe in the future.

Which couriers did you use?

We use Royal Mail for most of our shipping. We use an online service, called Royal Mail Dispatch Manager Online (RMDMO), which I could attach to ReadyPro anyway to make the processes more efficient. We occasionally use a courier service, again via a website.

I've noticed that the import/export tool on ReadyPro is very powerful. Could I set it so that eBay postage information can be exported in a format that can be directly imported into RMDMO?

It depends on RMDMO file specifications. Do you have some technical info we can look at?
