Document archiving

I'm just making practice with the "document archiving" feature.

Can you help me and give me some information more about this matter?

This option allows you to access the procedure for document storage management. Ready enables you to store any type of file (Word, Excel, immagini, files Acrobat Pdf...) and connect to Companies registry, Items registry, Delivery notes, Orders, Invoices......
On the top you can search documents by description and code.
The lower buttons are used to perform variuos operations:

- NEW: you can create a new document;
- SHOW: you can view and edit a selected document from the list;
- DUPLICATE: create a new document duplicating the selected document;
- PRINT: print the document list you selected.

Clicking on NEW, the first thing you have to do is to select the category for your document (o create a new one).

Once you have chosen the right category, then document window will be displayed.

In this window you'll find all the necessary menus for a complete managing of your file.
