Can ReadyPro handle customer returns? For example, adding items back to stock or writing them off, and either refunding the customer OR recording that a replacement part has been sent out.

Using ITEM PICKUP (in the next release ITEM RETURN ) you can do this. The item is reloaded in the warehouse, and amount decrease the document total
