amazon up-date


Hi Frank / fabio

this is what i tried

If you change the item code in inventory to the same item code that amazon select then the matching error go away but when you do an item update

It still not show the qt on amazon to match the qt on ready pro on the ready pro screen for that item in amazon market place  ( qt on amazon as the right qt and is listed with that number).

If you issue a different item code then link it to amazon then you will get the matching error.



I was able to link the part number on amazon with a different item code on ready pro before, it is working with no problem with the listing on ebay

You can link the ebay item to a different item code on ready pro and update work ok.

The alert on codes that didn't match between Ready Pro / Amazon is only a warning, but you must be able to udate quantities anyway.

You have this problem only with a single item? Or there are multiple items with this problem?

Could you attach one screenshot of the item taken from Seller Central and one from Ready Pro?
